LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your right to use content, materials, and intellectual property owned or licensed by Shankus Entertainment ("Shankus Events").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Shankus Events grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any website content without prior written consent from Shankus Events
  • Modify or create derivative works based on our content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without express written permission
  • Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our website using automated tools in a manner that degrades site performance
  • Use event photography, video recordings, or performance content for commercial purposes without a separate licensing agreement

3. Media & Photography

All event photographs, promotional videos, and artistic content are the exclusive property of Shankus Entertainment and/or the respective artists. Any reproduction or commercial use requires a separate written agreement. Contact media@shankusevents.com for licensing enquiries.

4. Artist Content

Music, choreography, and performances at Shankus Events are protected by copyright. Unauthorised recording, distribution, or broadcast of any performance is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Trademarks

"Shankus Events", "Shankus Entertainment", and associated logos and event names are trademarks of Shankus Entertainment. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

Shankus Events reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the licensed content.

7. Disclaimer

Our content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
